Synopsis of the film Kromoleo
Based on synopsis listed in IMDb, the film Kromoleo tells the story of Zia (Safira Ratu Sofya), a young girl who has to struggle to face the bitter reality after her mother left.
In this sad situation, Zia also has to accept the fact that her father, Djarot, played by Cornelio Sunny, suddenly mysteriously disappeared without a trace.
Djarot is a member of a group of thugs called “Gali.” Zia not only faces the loss of her parents, but is also caught up in a larger conflict.
The presence of Danang (played by Tio Pakusadewo), a member of the Mysterious Shooter (Petrus) group, adds complexity to Zia's life. Danang, who is known to have a mysterious nature, often uses “Gali” thugs to achieve his goals.
Danang also forced an arranged marriage between Djarot and his daughter, a move driven by fear and personal interests.
However, when the “Gali” group of thugs was deemed no longer useful, Danang began to eliminate them one by one. Djarot, Zia's father, was also one of the victims who disappeared without a trace.
Danang, who is Zia's grandfather, tries to convince Zia not to care too much about the tragic fate of her parents.
Even so, Zia's curiosity couldn't be contained. He is determined to uncover what really happened to his father and mother.
In the process of his search, Zia is confronted with the ghosts of Kromoleo, namely the spirits of the victims of the murders committed by Danang. The terror of these spirits strengthens the horror elements in the film.
Zia was faced with a big dilemma. He must choose between defending his living grandfather or fighting for justice for his dead father.
